Pumpkin Ale (limited release)
Brewer’s notes: Pumpkin Ale is our Fall Seasonal Release Beer. Brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, brown sugar and real pumpkin juice to create this special beer. A beer that reminds us of coming home to family and getting the fresh pumpkin pies out of the oven. A perfect beer to sit back and relax with while watching the leaves change color in the fall. 6.1%
80 Anniversary (limited release)
Brewer’s notes: Celebrating 80 years since the end of prohibition with this 8% Belgian Dark Ale.
Oktoberfest (Fall seasonal)
Brewer’s notes: This amber lager is brewed in true Reinheitsgebot fashion using the finest imported German Malt, German Hops and German Yeast. Incredibly clean and balanced, this lager has a wonderful malty backbone and a hint of earthy hops. 5.7%
Alt-Bier
Brewer’s notes: Caramel, Toasty, and Clean. This red ale is our unique version of a northern German Alt-Bier. Enjoy silky caramel smoothness, followed by toasty, bready flavors and finished with a hint of chocolate roast. These flavors all come through in the aroma and combine in a truly unique, very clean, complex, Alt-Bier. 6%
Helles
Brewer’s notes: This Munich style Helles bears all its delicacies for you to enjoy with nothing to hide. Sweet candy-like malt sweetness and a hint of German noble hop flavor and aroma is what this craft lager is all about. 4.3%
Pumpkick (seasonal)
Brewer’s notes: Pumpkick is brewed with plenty of pumpkin juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, but it’s the cranberries and touch of lemongrass that send your taste buds sailing. 6%
Rampant
Brewer’s notes: A burly and bitter Imperial IPA, Rampant pours a pure copper and carries the sheen of a rightly hopped beer. The Mosaic and Calypso hops bring stonefruit to the front seat, and the addition of Centennials nod towards citrus for a well-rounded aroma. The taste expands these hops with heavy peach tones and a profoundly bitter bite. There is some malt sweetness to stand this beer up, and Rampant’s finish is bone-dry. 8.5%
Paardebloem (limited release)
Brewer’s notes: Using dandelion greens to bitter a Belgian-style ale blossomed from our brewers collaborating with Red Rock Brewing. These being our sixth interpretation together since 2008, expect a wonderfully complex ale fermented with wild Belgian yeast and blended with just a touch of wood-aged beer. Bitterness imparted from dandelion greens and grains of paradise will have you blowing wishes for sips. 9%
One Hundred & Two (limited release)
Belgian Style Blonde at 8.8% ABV.
Burning Bush Smoked IPA (limited release)
Brewer’s notes: This deep copper colored ale has a light smoky aroma that sits atop a generous floral and piney hopping. At 8%, it’s difficult to taste the alcohol in this smooth-drinking IPA. With its wispy smoke character, Burning Bush is also an incredible complement to grilled foods. 8%
